My client @azad’s work involves a lot of traveling, therefore a lot of sitting on airplanes. So, sometimes some of the most basic exercises, like this chop and lift with split squat, can be challenging. This exercise opens up the hip flexor (which shortens and tightens while sitting) while activating the core and the glutes (which are under utilized while sitting).
